SAN FERNANDO COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH MISSION
The Youth and Family Outpatient Clinic"s mission is to provide outpatient mental health services to meet the needs of children and adolescents who have emotional or behavioral problems. Our goal is to enable youth to remain in their current home and school environments while deleting coping skills, positive sense self worth, and an enriched quality of life. Our focus is to ensure that families participate in all phases of the planning and treatment of their children.

Clinical Assessment Substance Abuse Prevention
Crisis Intervention Medication Evaluation and Support
Individual and Group Therapy Rehabilitation Services
Family Therapy Parenting Groups
Psycho-educational Groups Case Management Services
